Brrrrr?

Weather has kept me off the golf course lately, but I am still following golf in the news and saw on Facebook this morn that the PGA has revised a few golf rules. One in particular could be called the Tiger Rule, since it addresses a recent incident. Interesting! If you could revise a rule, which one would it be? Hmmm. Let me count the ways...
